This is an outstanding prospect for those interested in starting their career in the technology industry, as a technical operations administrator you will be based within Application Management Cloud Services or HMRC. Here, you will have the opportunity to manage various IT systems, understand customer requirements, get familiar with equipment, handle data and ensure allocated activities are completed within a timely manner.

This is an entry level role, and all fundamental knowledge will be gained throughout your apprenticeship studying towards a Level 3 qualification in Networking Infrastructure.

You will be enrolled on a comprehensive 2-year Apprenticeship scheme with a day release at the Belfast Metropolitan College, as well as work-based training to gain a Level 3 Networking Infrastructure qualification.

Entry Requirements

  • A pass at A Level in any subject area or an equivalent
  • GCSE Maths (grade A-C or level 4 and above)
  • GCSE English (grade A-C or level 4 and above)
