Shape your worldAs a Software Developer Degree Apprentice, you will have exposure to the full software development lifecycle and will join teams that are either developing innovative ways to modernize our mainframe technology or co-creating with our customers to discover innovative ways to move their infrastructure apps to the Cloud.
We have a number of roles available in different areas of Fujitsu such as; Defence and National Security, DevOp’s, Product Solutions, VME Centre of Excellence and Transformation and Service Integration.
You will be encouraged to achieve together to Develop, Support and Deploy offerings to support business critical systems using a mix of toolsets, languages and IT solutions. You will develop your technical skills whilst working on new technologies and will be supported to apply this knowledge in interesting and meaningful projects that are fundamental to the revenue and future growth of our business.
Shape your careerThe Fujitsu Degree Apprenticeship is a 4-year scheme, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst studying towards your BSc (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions Degree.
The degree will be delivered through taught sessions at either the University of Winchester (if you are based in Bracknell or Basingstoke), Manchester Metropolitan University (if you are based in Manchester) or Open University (if you are based at Solihull. At OU you will complete virtual learning) one day per week with the rest of your time spent on the job with 20% of your time dedicated to your studies.

Within Fujitsu, you will receive lots of support to allow you to perform to the best of your ability in your role with us. You will be line managed and will receive coaching and mentoring from employees within the business. You will also undertake the 24 month modular development programme alongside others within the junior talent community.

112 UCAS Points (3 A Levels Grade BBC OR BTEC DMM)
Grade C/Level 4 or above in English and Maths GCSE
Experience in or an interest in IT
